In general, Eau Claire County Project ID 53312-949 (CTH AF) consists of the following major items: pulverize and relay, asphalt removal, earthwork (cut, borrow, grading), base aggregate dense ( 3/4 " and 1 1/4 "), HMA pavement, pavement marking, replacement of existing culverts, installation of new culverts, cleaning of existing culverts, ditch cleaning, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract.
