Saving Project...

Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Clearfield, Utah. Completed plans call civil work for a municipal facility.

As of May 8, 2024, this project is pending award. The Scope of work consists of the demolition of existing structures and preparation of the site, and construction of two new buildings. The Operations building is mainly CMU walls with joist and deck construction, 23,640 square feet plus 8,135 square feet of mezzanine. The Vehicle Storage building is 10,400 square feet, and has concrete retaining walls on the low part of the wall with CMU walls above, also joist and deck roofing. The plan is to build both buildings in this phase. Each building has a separate set of drawings and specifications, and the site has a third drawing set along with civil building standards for Clearfield city. We intend to award the scope of work to one subcontractor for the whole project, but we will need broken out costs within your bid for each building. The roof is mainly TPO membrane roof with some Standing Seam Metal roofing included.
