In general, the project consists of an addition and renovation of the existing high school located at 700 Wilson Street in Onalaska, WI. The site work will include site preparation, excavating and earthwork, site utilities, new drop-off areas, asphalt parking lots, site concrete, storm water management, and landscaping. The building will have approx. 17,575 q. ft. of new construction, 77,630 sq. ft. of complete Level 2 renovations, and approx. 35,520 ft. of level 1 renovations.
