Renovation of a municipal facility in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This bid is for repair of existing masonry cavity back wall system at various locations at Onalaska City Hall. Typical work would be to remove three to four courses of veneer brick at various repair lengths to expose cavity wall. Repairs would include installing new drip edge, thru wall flashing, termination bars, and insulation in cavity wall and installing new veneer brick and weeps to close repair opening. Some repair locations will involve removal and replacement of existing EPDM roofing membrane and associated flashing. Pre-Qualification: Yes
