The McKinney National Airport (TKI) and the City of McKinney are accepting statement of qualifications from firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide professional architectural and engineering services associated with Airport projects. The scope of services is to provide typical and complete engineering and architectural services related to the design and construction of projects while working in conjunction with the McKinney National Airport team. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/5/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT) The following are work tasks assumed necessary to complete these potential projects. a. Meet with Airport Staff and/or City staff to review the scope of each project, provide conceptual and schematic designs, design development and construction plans, specifications and cost estimates, bidding documents and bidding assistance; and construction administration for a variety of potential projects listed . Conduct presentations to TxDOT Staff, the Airport Staff, the City Council, Public Meetings and City Boards or Commissions as requested. Owner Rights: The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The City makes no guarantee that an award will be made as a result of this RFQ or any subsequent RFQ and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, waive any formalities, irregularities, or minor technical inconsistencies, or delete any item/requirements from this RFQ or contract when deemed to be in the City's best interest. Representations made within the submittal will be binding on responding firms. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any informality in submittals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the City. No officer or employee of the City of McKinney shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of McKinney. The method of contract selection has not been determine at this time.
