Question Submission Deadline: April 16, 2024, 12:00pm Collin encourages participation in the bid process by small, minority, veteran and female-owned businesses. It is the intent of Collin County Community College District (Collin College) to establish a contract for signage products and installation. The term of the contract shall be for a period of three (3) years beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027. It is anticipated that a recommendation to award this solicitation will be presented to the Board of Trustees on May 28, 2024, and award notifications will be sent after approval. It is the intent of the District to establish an agreement to furnish and/or deliver all goods and services related to signage. Vendors should base their percentage markup on all goods and services related to signage. Due to unforeseen needs, bidder is requested to provide a percentage markup over cost for line items 1-16. Percentage markup shall remain the same throughout the life of the contract. Bidders shall provide a description of any miscellaneous costs, which may include set-up fees, delivery fees, installation fees, etc. on Bid Submittals 19.5: Miscellaneous Fees. The District makes no guarantee as to the volume of purchases annually. The approximate dollar amount of signage products purchased by the District during the entire three year term was $229,500. Approximate dollar values are given to aid the vendor in responding to this solicitation, but does not constitute an order. Orders will be placed on an as needed basis. Contractor shall assign an account representative to assist District personnel with finding and recommending products, be available for consultation, and assist with problems. Technical Campus, 2550 Bending Branch Way, Allen, TX 75013 Wylie Campus, 391 Country Club Road, Wylie, TX 75098. Other new campuses may be added during the life of the contract.
