Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burlington, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of preparing engineering design and permitting for roadway improvements along State Route 20 from Alder Street to Cascade Highway within the City of Burlington. The project will install sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, improve street lighting, and add aturn-lane. The main objectives of the project are: . Improve traffic safety and mobility. . Create safe corridor for nonmotorized users. . Provide a safe crossing of SR20s for pedestrians. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
