Larkin Road Improvements: Existing bituminous roadway shall be reclaimed, and subgrade shall be excavated to the necessary depth to achieve the proposed typical section. Geotextile fabric reclaimed bituminous material, and additional gravel as necessary shall be installed for the road base. Base and wear paving shall be completed for road surfacing. A 2-foot gravel shall be installed on either side of Larkin Road. The contractor shall salvage, and re-install signage as outlined in the plan, and shall protect all items adjacent to the project per the plan. Silt fence shall be installed and maintained throughout the duration of the project, and upon completion of all other project work the contractor shall seed and restore all disturbed areas.
