Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Audubon, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,300-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Plans and specifications will be available at qualified plan houses and at the Beeline+BlueOnline Distribution Plan Room and Beeline + Blue, 2507 Ingersoll Avenue, Des Moines, IA50312. Qualified plan houses receive all branch sets free of charge, provided they log all usage of the documents and return them within ten (10) days after bidding. A list of those having plans is founding the supplementary "Instructions to Bidders" section. The Contract Documents are available from Denovo upon request. The intention is to award and issue notice to proceed on May 21st , 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified checking the same amount. The right to reject any or all bids and to waive and irregularities is reserved by the Audubon Community School District Board of Education.
