Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Parkside Village LLC is seeking experienced contractors to bid competitively for the following work: Replace 65 exterior decks and steps at 5007-5095 Valmont Rd, Boulder, CO. Work generally consists of, but not limited to: Removing and disposing of existing decks Building new decks and steps in "like-kind" or similar in size and shape of existing ones Staining/painting the new decks and steps This project is jointly funded by the City of Boulder whose funds will come with CDBG/ Davis Bacon and Section 3 requirements.
