Background: The Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department is seeking proposals from qualified painting contractors that can provide quality, timely, and responsive general paining services to approximately thirty (30) Boulder County Parks & Open Space owned and leased rental houses, as well as historical and agricultural structures, and other County owned buildings, on an as needed assigned basis. The selected Contractor(s) will be responsible for cleaning, prepping, sanding, caulking, priming, and painting exterior and interior structures, which must be completed in a timely, cost effective and quality workmanship manner.
