Reference Number 0000348395 Boulder County Public Works Department, Road Maintenance Division is requesting bids from vendors on Emulsified Asphalt products used in chip sealing, fogging, and asphalt paving within Boulder County. Please see the Excel Bid Table in the requested information section in Bonfire. Prices quoted shall be guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days. Due to anticipated volatility in the asphalt market, vendors will be permitted to notify Boulder County of price adjustments monthly through 2024. All products shall be quoted, picked up at the vendor location by Boulder County equipment, or delivered to the County, and applied to the roadway by the vendor. Boulder County intends to award this bid to multiple vendors and plans to purchase product based on the proximity to the job site, availability, quality and the price of the product. Boulder County also requests the rental rate on available rental or loaner tankers to be used during chip seal operations.
