Reference Number 0000347933 The project includes upgrading existing (5) toilet rooms at Simons Middle School, (7) toilet rooms at Pomona High School, and (8) toilet rooms at Garey High School. The project also includes upgrading the existing path of travel elements at these school sites including accessible parking spaces and hi-lo drinking fountains. Liquidated Damages shall be $500.00 per day for every calendar day after Substantial Completion. The Contract Time is 180 consecutive calendar days CONTRACTOR should consult the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and General Requirements regarding Milestones and Liquidated Damages.
