Reference Number 0000267367 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/04/12 12:00:00 PM CDT Bid Intent Deadline 2024/04/15 04:00:00 PM CDT Scope of Work: Supply, Crush, Stockpile, and Load, 10,000 tonnes of "Modified C Traffic Gravel" in one of the local gravel pits in the Hadashville and Prawda area. Gravel Specifications shall be as follows: Passing 19 mm Sieve 100% Passing 12.5 mm Sieve 60-95% Passing 4.75 mm Sieve 30-70% Passing 425 um Sieve 5-35% Passing 75 um Sieve 4-12 Gravel crushing and stockpiling must be completed, no later than May 31, 2024. The RM of Reynolds reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, and the lowest tender may not necessarily be accepted. The RM of Reynolds reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender, at any time, before the execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality.
