This project includes the intersection improvements along West Central Park Avenue at the intersections of Division Street and Marquette Street. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the existing pavement, full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reconstruction of the intersections with a PCC rigid pavement section, traffic signal replacement at the Marquette Street intersection, removal and replacement of pedestrian signals at the Division Street intersection, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and sodding, and erosion control. The quantities herein represent the Engineer's estimate of the amount of work to be completed. Actual as-built quantities may vary from bid quantities. The contract time shall be per SUDAS Section 1080-1.02, A.1, Completion Date Contracts. The contract site is currently available. It is anticipated that the contract will be approved on May 8, 2024, and the Notice to Proceed will be issued as soon as all contract documents are in order. There are no Working Days for this contract. The Contractor shall complete all work, including final cleanup and removal of all equipment for the bid by December 9, 2024.
