Sump Replacement Project for Scott County, Iowa Courthouse. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before October 31, 2024. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid. a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Scott County in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) ofthe total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Registration is at no cost to the vendor, however Public Purchase has several levels of membership and vendors may choose to subscribe to a plan that requires a subscription cost. Any cost that a vendor incurs for registration will be at their sole discretion and responsibility. Scott County reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids. Further, Scott County reserves the right to resolicit and/or re-bid this project at any time in the future. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
