Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 65,850-square-foot municipal facility; parking garage; and for paving for a parking garage.
The construction of a main office building, K9 kennels and an impound garage for the Texas Anti Gang Center.
