The Proposal Form and the ADDITIONAL REQUIRED INFORMATION as outlined in the Proposer Response Form. 2. A Proposal/Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or a Certified Check or a Cashiers' Check payable to TTU in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum possible sum of the Base Proposal and all Alternates (Proposer-furnished form).
