Renovation of a water / sewer project in Elwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, the construction of an expansion of the raw water detention tank, and all other work necessary for and included in the Construction Documents for the City of Elwood WTP Improvements as prepared by Whitaker Engineering, McComas/O'Donnell & Naccarato, and NEO Engineers. Questions should be directed to Cecil Whitaker at 317.324.0176 or cwhitaker@whitakerengineering.com. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and the investigation of the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
