Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sea Bright, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 22, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $192,733.24** Work shall consist of the following approximate quantities: 600 linear feet concrete curb, 220 square yards sidewalk, 725 tons of hot mix asphalt, 5,700 square yards of milling, together with miscellaneous other related work items. Bids must be accompanied by a certificate from a surety company stating that it will provide the specified performance and maintenance bonds in the event that the contract is awarded to the bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid, not to exceed $20,000, drawn upon an incorporated bank or trust company, payable to the Borough of Sea Bright, as guarantee that in case the contract is awarded the bidder, he will, within ten days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality of any bid.
