The Improvements Will Provide Pedestrians With a Continuous Safe Route Along 11.2th Avenue Se From Newcastle Way at the South To Washington Boulevard Se at the North End Ofthe Project Limits. The Curb and Gutter Shall Be Constructed at Final Grade. The 116th Avenue Se and Se 84th Street Roundabout Project Provides for the Improvements at 116th Avenue Se and Se 84th Street, Including the Installation of a New Roundabout With Center And Splitter Islands, Sidewalk, Landscaping, Curb Ramps, Drainage Structures, Channelization, and All Related Work, All in Accordance With the Contract Plans, These Contract Special Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
