Site work and paving for a road / highway in Aldan, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
2024 Road Improvement Program. All Current Pennsylvania Department Of Transportation Standards And Specifications Will Prevail Over All Standards And Specifications Included In This Contract. The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: 18 Tons of Super pave Mixture Base Repair 5,210 SY of Milling 5,210 SY of Super pave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay online a fee of 0.003333% or $100-$5,000 of the contract award value. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough.
