Renovation of a multi-residential development in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The bid opening is not until May 15th. Estimated project cost is $1,300,000. Replacing sprinkler systems at Monocacy Tower (11 stories) and Litzenberger House (8 stories). A Certified Check, payable to the Bethlehem Housing Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, secured by a Surety Company which appears in the Department of Treasury Circular #570, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. Questions shall be directed to Curt Kichline at 610-865-8358. Bethlehem Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids.
