Valley Water intends to award an initial two-year contract (with up to three (3) one-year options to renew) for graffiti removal services on Valley Water-owned property and facilities. Graffiti removal services shall consist of providing regularly scheduled bi-weekly site-specific abatement checks, along with on-call response to public requests for graffiti removal throughout Santa Clara County where Valley Water has fee title property ownership or other locations as directed by Valley Water. Question Deadline 04/19/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A : Yes Contractor(s) will be provided access to GIS web services that provide information about the location of Valley Water fee title, facilities, and creeks. Contractor(s) will be responsible for determining whether the public's request for graffiti removal falls on Valley Water fee title. For each public request for graffiti removal, the Contractor(s) shall complete the requested service within forty-eight (48) hours and respond to the customer within five (5) calendar days.
