SS1 Tack, applied on township roads, price per gallon Onyx Micro Surface Liquid, applied on township roads, price per gallon #404, #402 and #412 hot mix, F.O.B plant, price per ton. As provided for by law, the successful bidders must submit an affidavit or verified statement as to the liability or non-liability for personal taxes in Stark County. The Lexington Township Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
