Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Each bid shall have bid security of not less than 5% of base bid. The successful bidder shall provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the full amount of construction price. Question Deadline 04/17/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted The work required under this section of the specifications consists of the installation of Nurse Call System devices for the MUSC EmPath Unit project at University Hospital Mainc. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, accessories, and material complete in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings as required for an electronic intercommunications system. System will meet or exceed the state health planning and development regulations, and State Fire Marshall Building Codes. All equipment shall be UL listed as under NBRZ Hospital Signaling and Nurse Call Equipment, conforming to UL 1069 standards. Nursing staff of the facility, as well as maintenance staff, shall be thoroughly instructed in the use of the system by authorized distributor personnel. Such in-service shall be provided in conjunction with the installation of the system equipment and shall comply with sections of this specification.
