Site work for a mixed-use development in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility; and municipal facility.

The project consists of Installation of new Electrical Transformers and all associated Electrical Work at the Atlantic County Justice Facility (Main Jail) Building, located at 5060 Atlantic Avenue, Mays Landing, New Jersey, and the Atlantic County Civil Court Building, located at 1201 Bachrach Blvd., Atlantic City, New Jersey, as indicated on the Drawings. All work timelines are exclusive of Weekends & Holidays. All work to begin within 10 (ten) working days from Notice to Proceed. This project must be completed ASAP & within the County approved Construction Schedule. The Substantial Completion Date shall be two hundred and forty (240) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Base Bid project.The Final Completion Date shall be two hundred and seventy (270) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Base Bid project. Liquidated Damages for work not completed within the approved schedule shall be assessed in the amount of $ 500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Question Deadline 04/21/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond must be not less than ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid, except that no check or bid bond shall be for more than $20,000.00 and made payable to the Atlantic County Treasurer which the undersigned agrees is to be forfeited as liquidated damages and not a penalty if the Contract is awarded to the undersigned and the undersigned shall fail to execute the Contract for the project or furnish the required bond. Otherwise, said deposit shall be returned to the undersigned.
