Supply and install approximately 240 lineal feet of mountable curbing as shown on Bohler Engineering Plan C-901 2. Provide all necessary excavation and concrete work needed to accommodate new entryways to existing building per McKenzie Engineering specifications. 3. Handicap accessible parking spaces need to be regraded per Bohler Engineering specifications. 4. West Parking lot paving. o Area of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. will be pulverized. o Add Graded base and Compact to allow for Bituminous Pavement. o Existing grades will need to be maintained Pulverized area will be compacted. o Repair and or Adjust catch basin asrequired. o Restructure entry to West Lot to meet current City of Fitchburg ordinances per Bohleer Engineer specifications using bituminous concrete curbing. o Apply 2" Bituminous Binder Course compacted @ 95% Density. o Apply 2" Bituminous Wearing Course compacted @ 95% Density. o At least an eight-ton roller or its equivalent will be used to compact the bituminous concrete. o Unitil or Dig Safe will be contacted by the vendor to determine the location of any gas and/or electrical lines in the area to be milled. 5. Supply and install all necessary shrubs and ground cover per Bohler Engineering plan. 6. Supply and install necessary concrete pad and fencing for trash receptacle are per Bohler Engineering plans. 7. Restripe front parking area per Bohler Engineering plans. 8. Prepare and install parking lot illumination as per Bohler Engineering plans. 9. Vendor will obtain all necessary permits. 10. Supply all materials necessary to complete installation per plans. 11. Material and workmanship will be guaranteed for at least one (1) year. 12. All site work shall be completed no later than June 15, 2024.
