Renovation of a residential development in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Design, labor and material necessary to rework existing sprinkler protection to accommodate renovation. Location of project is 270 Westminster Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420 Estimated Cost $55,000 Furnish materials and labor necessary to rework (replace, add, remove and/or relocate) existing sprinkler protection system to accommodate renovations per drawings 1. Add sprinkler coverage to accommodate the new floor plan as shown on drawings supplied by McKenzie Engineering dated 11/7/23 2. Replace 144 existing upright sprinkler heads and remove 8 existing drop down pendants 3. Relocate existing system drain 4. All necessary installation permits 5. Hydrant flow testing 6. Hydraulic calculations 7. PE stamped plans 8. Scissor lift rental 9. All necessary inspections 10. Supply all materials necessary to complete installation per plans 11. Material and workmanship will be guaranteed for at least one (1) year 12. Work will be completed by September 30, 2024 Bids will be awarded after the approval of the school committee meeting on May 1, 2024
