The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, concrete repairs to underdeck soffit, pile caps and piles of an existing concrete pier including, but not limited to, concrete and reinforcing bar demolition and providing concrete, reinforcing bars, and concrete repairs. Provide fiber reinforced polymer to the concrete deck soffit, pile caps, and piles, and miscellaneous related work, as shown on the Plans and Technical Specifications. The undersigned has carefully examined the Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. B2024000061, for Repair Makai Research Pier Phase 2, University of Hawaii at Manoa, Honolulu, Hawaii, Project No. UHM 9913A-21-636, and offers to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete all work as specified, in strict accordance with the true intent and meaning of the bid documents and shall be completed within THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (365) consecutive calendar days from the effective date designated in the Notice to Proceed. The University reserves the right at any time, if additional funds are available, to add additional work to the project scope during construction. The work may include, but is not limited to new work, repairs, upgrades, and demolition.
