Location of Project: The Work is Located at Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant 15400 Slydgemill Road, Davie, Fl 33331 Qualification Requirement: The Contractor Shall Have a Valid State of Florida Certified General Contractors License and/or Certified Electrical Contractor. The Contractor Must Have Successfully Completed at Least Three (3) Projects of Similar Type, Size and Complexity Within the Past Ten (10) Years and Provide Verifiable References for These Projects. The City Shall Be the Sole and Final Judge in Determining if the Contractor Meets the Qualification Requirement. Following the Pre-bid Conference, a Site Visit Will Be Made. Contractors Are Responsible for Bringing Any Required Sub-contractors to This Mandatory Pre-bid Conference and to the Mandatory Site Visit. This Site Visit Conducted by the City Will Be the Only Time Contractors Will Be Granted Access to the Site.
