Inyo County Public Works is requesting proposals for the completion of the mitigation eUorts necessary to close out the Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plans for two distinctly separate projects. The projects and the required scopes-of-work are listed below. North Round Valley Bridge Replacement Project, Round Valley, CA In the Summer of 2021, Inyo County Public Works began work to replace the concrete box culvert on North Round Valley Road that crosses Pine Creek. The existing box culvert was damaged by floodwater caused by warm rains on the high country snowpack in 2017. The scope of this contract shall include: Year: 2024 An initial site visit in the spring of 2024 to determine the current site conditions, including the survival rate of the revegetation eUorts and any issues with non-native plants within the mitigation area. Optional Task: If all or some mitigation eUorts are found to have failed, please provide an hourly rate for additional revegetation eUorts. Additional visits in the Summer and Fall of 2024 Updating the draft final report once the monitoring eUort has been completed. Years: 2025-2028 Visits in the Spring, Summer, and Fall of each of the remaining four years, along with updates to the draft final report.
