The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit quotes for sanding and refinishing the gym floor at Greenfield Elementary School, 10751 Savoy Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23235. The complete RFQ can ONLY be viewed by logging into PING with a registered vendor account. Setup of a vendor account is free and is required to view the complete solicitation and submit a quote. Only quotes submitted through PING by a registered vendor will be considered. Quotes submitted by any other method such as paper responses, faxes and email submissions will not be considered. a. Sand the existing surface (gym) to remove all finish and paint from the floor b. Vacuum and tack the floor free of dust and apply a minimum of two (2) of Bona Super Sport DTS sealer coats c. Paint all new game lines using Bona Courtlines Sport Floor Paint with approved colors which include: Main basketball court, one (1) volleyball court, six (6) Pickleball courts, one (1) Pacer Line - Hashmarks for side basketball courts foul shooting and one (1) Center Court Logo "Dragon" d. Once all lines and Logo are painted a minimum of three (3) coats of Bona Sport finish are to be applied e. Contractor will be responsible for removal and clean up of all materials and debris f. Diagram of the gym floor is attached (PB stands for pickleball courts). All courts shall be regulation size to fit existing gym. g.
