Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights. Work includes mobilization, traffic control, and maintenance of traffic; placing of tack coat material, furnishing and placing crack seal material; furnishing placing and compacting bituminous seal coat on existing pavement; furnishing and placing temporary pavement markings; and all related appurtenant work to complete Cape Seal Project. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. All questions relative to the project shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights.
