Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights. Work for the project consists of the following items of work: mobilization, traffic control, and maintenance of traffic; reconstruction of miscellaneous structures to grade; all required earthwork; reconstruction of disturbed curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches, ADA access ramps; demolition of miscellaneous storm drain infrastructure; installation of storm drain pipe and structures; removal and disposal of existing storm drain infrastructure; removal and disposal of existing pavement; placing, compacting and grading new asphalt surface course; placing new curb, gutter, and sidewalks; abandonment of existing storm drain pipes; and all appurtenant work; all in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid will be required to accompany bids.
