Site work and paving for a civil project in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights. Work for this improvement project (Project # 006.23) consists of the following items of work: reconstruction of miscellaneous structures to grade; asphalt removal; concrete removal; curb and gutter removal, placing and compacting new asphalt surface course; rebuild curb and gutter; rebuild ADA crossings; rebuild concrete waterways; paint striping, messages; and all appurtenant work; all in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. All questions relative to the project shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Question Deadline 02/03/2024
