Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes the following items of work: reconstruction of misc. structures, removing all of the existing asphalt,adding import material to build the crown in various locations, compaction, placing and compaction new asphalt surface course; tack coat; installation of new storm drain piping, manholes and appurtenant work; demolition & construction of new waterways, curb & gutters, sidewalks, and ADA ramps. The City of Cottonwood Heights hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse to make award in the interest of the City. All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders which are included in the Contract Documents; and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of Bid opening. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of the City of Cottonwood Heights.
