Site work and paving for a civil project in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights. Work for the storm drain access restoration project (Project # 004.23) consists of the following items of work: mobilization, traffic control, and maintenance of traffic; excavating to find each buried storm drain manhole (or other type of buried access point), raising, framing, covering, collaring, asphalt patching, and all other appurtenant work; all in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Cottonwood Heights Recorder, prior to the Bid Opening. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. All questions relative to the project shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. The number of days within which, or the dates by which, the Work is to be substantially completed and ready for final payment are set forth in the Agreement. (120 Days) The PROJECT START TIME is after June 1st, 2023
