Site work and renovation of a civil project in Elk Grove, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is to perform blasting and new coating to an existing 96-inch effluent manifold. The work to be completed in RFB #8470 includes all labor, equipment, materials, coordination activities, and incidentals necessary to blast and recoat approximately 250 LF of 96-inch piping as shown in the RFB documents. The Effluent Manifold Coating Project is separated into an A and B sections. One section at a time will be coated. The sections will be isolated with valves that will be closed by District operators and checked by the contractor. Bid bond/deposit not less than ten (10) percent of the aggregate total bid is required to be submitted with the sealed bid. Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and Payment Bond per Appendix E and Appendix D respectively. SacSewer (EchoWater) reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity in bids received. Question Deadline 04/24/2024 at 3:00 PM PT
