Renovation of a municipal facility in Tamarac, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Tamarac is seeking to engage qualified firms to submit qualifications (RFQ's) for Phase II of its Citywide Security Systems Upgrade. Phase II includes fiber and network cabling; replacement and installation of security cameras, card readers, etc., and configuration of said equipment in the City's Genetec Security Center security system software. The project estimate is $720,000.00. The work includes all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, obtaining all applicable permits, necessary supervision, and incidentals to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed work shall be completed in accordance with the project documents, plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements. Proposers are required to complete the qualifications stage through this RFQ process (Step 1) to qualify to submit proposals for the aforementioned project as part of the Request for Proposals (RFP) (Step 2). City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposals received, to re-advertise for Proposals, to award in whole or in part to one or more Proposers or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
