The City of Tamarac is seeking to engage qualified firms to propose on the design, permitting, and construction of the Citywide Precast Buffer Wall Projects - Pine Island Road North Project & Commercial Blvd Phase IIC Project. The proposed project sites (3 locations) include: Location No. 1 - West side of Pine Island Road between NW 79th street and NW 81st street, approximately 1700 linear feet of proposed precast buffer wall (see location map attached herein as Attachment 1); Location No. 2 - North side Commercial Blvd, between NW 58th Way and Rock Island Rd, approximately 2200 linear feet of proposed precast buffer wall (see location map attached herein as Attachment 2); Location No. 3 - Approximately 730 linear feet along Rock Island Road (west side) just north of Commercial Blvd (see location map attached herein as Attachment 2). The work includes all professional services, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, obtaining all applicable permits, necessary supervision, and incidentals to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed work shall be completed in accordance with the project documents, plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
