Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tamarac, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, for the construction of the Tamarac Sports Complex Park Trail Improvement Project, Bid No. 24-23B. The project is located at the intersection of Nob Hill Road and NW 77th Street, inside Tamarac Sports Complex within the City of Tamarac. The work shall include, but not be limited to removal of existing asphalt walkway/trail path (8ft wide & 6ft wide trails), re-working existing base, subbase, backfilling, grading, disposal of materials, compaction, site preparation (including cutting/edging existing sod), transitions to existing surfaces, installation of proposed 8' wide and 6' wide concrete (6" thick) walkway/trail path, site restoration and associated appurtenances required for the fulfillment of the Contract in accordance with the Contract Documents. Question Deadline: Thu Aug 1, 2024 5:00:00 PM (EDT) City reserves the right to reject any or all Bidder, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more Bidders or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City.
