Site work for a communication facility in Tamarac, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, for the (Phase 3a) expansion of its high-speed fiber network, per specifications herein; including all hardware, cabling, parts and components, and all permit submittals in full compliance with current Florida Building Code and MiamiDade Product Approvals. Contractor shall be responsible for all existing features that need to be relocated, modified or replaced due to a conflict with the new installation. The work includes all labor, tools, materials, equipment, engineering, shop drawings, manufactured articles, and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work, and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to award in whole or in part to one or more Bidders or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City Question Deadline 01/17/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
