Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tamarac, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids, from qualified Contractors, for the construction of the 94th Avenue Crosswalk and Roadway Drainage Improvement Project. The project is located along NW 94th Avenue from Commercial Blvd to approximately 186 feet north of NW 93 Terrace (see Attachment A - Location Map), in Tamarac, Florida. The work shall include, but not limited to, site preparation, installation of drainage improvements within proposed medians, including infiltration trench pipe, drainage structure and associated work; installation of two (2) raised brick paver crosswalks with approach ramps, truncated dome ADA ramps, medians, milling and resurfacing at NW 94th Avenue including modifications to existing bike lanes, pavement markings, new landscaped improvements at medians, and irrigation system modifications Question Deadline 01/16/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
