The work to be done hereunder includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals necessary for the complete and satisfactory construction as follows (1) Contract 1 High Service Pump Station and Hydropneumatic Tank: Furnish and install new high service pump station, including but not limited to pumps, motors, piping, building expansion, fencing, electrical, sitework, hydropneumatics tank, testing and sterilization, generator, storm water pollution prevention and yard piping.
