Site work for a golf course in Elgin, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
* Award subject to final approval. Bid results also include Cross Country Field Services Ltd at $85,227.68. Work of this Contract comprises of the remediation of an approximate 40 m long section of the southern creek bank of Elgin Creek consisting of creating access to the site, installing temporary rig matting, clearing and grubbing, excavating loose soils, installing geotextile and constructing a rockfill riprap buttress on the southern creekbank of Elgin Creek. The Bid Bond shall be in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of total bid price. The Bid Bond shall be valid for a period of not less than sixty (60) days from the date of tender. .1 A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and .2 A labour and materials bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
