Texas Tech University is seeking Proposers for the installation of a sewer force main to meet the future needs of Texas Tech University. Proposers shall submit their Proposals and all required documentation defined in this Request for Proposals in one (1) complete package. Failure to include any part of requested and/or required information or documentation may result in the disqualification of the Proposal. 2. One (1) electronic copy, each containing the required documents listed below, shall be submitted at or before the Closing Time defined in Section 1.3: 1. The Proposal Form and the ADDITIONAL REQUIRED INFORMATION as outlined in the Proposer Response Form. 2. A Proposal/Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or a Certified Check or a Cashiers' Check payable to TTU in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum possible sum of the Base Proposal and all Alternates (Proposer-furnished form).
