The Airport is looking for a business or individual with an aeronautical use to lease the facility. The City of Sugar Land ("City") is soliciting Statements of Interest from individuals, businesses, and organizations that are seeking premium hangar and office space for aeronautical use in the Houston area. All submissions received will undergo a comprehensive review and evaluation process, carefully considering various crucial categories to ensure the selection of the preferred tenant aligns with the Airport's strategic objectives and priorities. These categories include Aeronautical Impact, Economic Benefits, Long-term Sustainability, Risk Mitigation and Security, and Innovation and Technology.
