Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Resurfacing of various streets throughout the City Reconstructing various sidewalks throughout the City o Cold milling of existing asphalt pavement o Resurfacing of eighteen (18) City street locations o Replacement of granite curbing o Installation and repair of existing concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps o Striping and sign installation, including an additional twenty-two (22) City street locations o Speed hump installation at two (2) City street locations o Installation of drainage structures and pipe o Fence removal, replacement, and installation o Tree removal and replacement o Maintenance and protection of traffic o All related site restoration work.
