The Weatherization Assistance Program enables low-income families to reduce their energy costs by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes while ensuring their health and safety. Eligibility is determined by a number of factors, including the number of people in your household, income sources and more. Pierce County Human Services provides weatherization services to qualifying low-income residents outside the city limits of Tacoma. This contract may not exceed $50,000, including all fees and taxes.
